I downloaded the app I took a screenshot of my state identification card it said that it was being reviewed for like 2 hours it was up on the review and then it went to your creating your account and has been like that for the last past four or five hours I messaged customer service they never messaged back I tried to attempt to call customer service and it doesn't go through it was no help at all
